- Conduct telephone outreach and presales activities to engage potential clients.
- Present services to prospective clients and explain how they can address human resources needs.
- Consult with key client contacts to identify challenges, understand requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentation materials tailored to each client's needs.
- Manage client projects to ensure successful implementation, results, and performance.
- Monitor organizational changes and outcomes resulting from implemented solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators to support business growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships and perform other duties related to the position.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Diploma degree in any major.
- Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency, equivalent to JLPT N1 or JLPT N2.
- Experience: Sales experience in any field.
