- Guide newly assigned Indonesian personnel to their assigned workplaces and assist with the initial setup process.
- Provide interpretation during training sessions and on-the-job instruction.
- Conduct regular in-person visits and telephone check-ins to support personnel well-being and workplace integration.
- Draft and translate periodic notices, safety warnings, guidance materials, and other documents.
- Create and translate educational materials to promote understanding and compliance.
- Provide telephone interpretation after placement and accompany personnel to hospitals or other necessary locations when required.
- Perform other related duties to support assigned personnel and internal operations.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Language: Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level for communication with Japanese clients.
- Experience: Experience in supervising organizations is preferred.
- Must reside within commuting distance of the Osaka office.
- Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight stays.
- Driver Licence: Valid driver's licence and driving experience.
