- Rotate across multiple departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and workflows.
- Support managers in performing daily operational and administrative activities.
- Participate actively in training programs, workshops, classroom sessions, and mentoring activities.
- Develop, analyze, and present individual or group projects focused on business improvement.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports to communicate task progress and project updates.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Language: Business-level English proficiency and mandatory Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and adaptability
