- Escort newly assigned Indonesian employees to their host companies and support settling-in procedures, including resident registration, bank account opening, mobile phone and internet registration, and purchasing daily necessities.
- Explain workplace responsibilities, employment expectations, company policies, and accommodation rules to Indonesian employees.
- Provide interpretation during training sessions, workplace orientation, and job-related guidance.
- Conduct regular follow-up interviews through workplace visits and telephone calls to monitor employee well-being and address concerns.
- Prepare, translate, and distribute notices, guidance materials, reminders, training documents, and other necessary communications.
- Provide telephone interpretation and accompany Indonesian employees to hospitals, government offices, and other necessary appointments.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve placement, workplace, and daily-life issues efficiently.
- Perform other duties related to employee support and placement operations as assigned.
- Work occasionally on Saturdays and Sundays when required, with compensatory leave and overtime or holiday work allowances provided.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Language: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or higher.
- Experience: Experience as an interpreter in a supervising organization or company is preferred.
- Experience working at a staffing agency is preferred.
- For permanent employment, candidates must currently be working in Japan.
- For permanent employment, experience working for a similar company or supervising organization is required.
- Driver Licence: A valid Japanese driver's licence is required for permanent employment.
