Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining smooth and efficient workflows.
Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate operational performance, and implement process improvements.
Assist with budget monitoring, resource planning, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations.
Lead, guide, and support the operations team to achieve performance and service quality targets.
Identify operational issues and risks, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor their resolution.
Perform the Operations Manager's responsibilities when required.

Education: Minimum Diploma degree in any major.
Language: Conversational-level English proficiency and business-level Japanese proficiency with a minimum JLPT N1 certification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, or service industry.
Experience in team leadership and process management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools.
Willing to relocate to Makassar.
