- Handle customer claims and complaints while coordinating timely and appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain clear communication and smooth coordination across relevant departments to ensure high-quality service.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Senior High School
- Language: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 level
- Experience: Experience in sales or customer relations; experience in vehicle rental, automotive, or mobility services and working with customers or stakeholders in Japan is preferred.
- Driver Licence: Not required
