Verify, process, and record financial transactions and operational requests accurately within agreed service levels.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation while ensuring data integrity.
Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholders.
Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally within established turnaround times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily finance and operational activities.
Perform reconciliations and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
Support ad hoc back-office activities and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targets.

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language: Minimum JLPT N3 Japanese proficiency and B2 or business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, finance operations, or a related field.
Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, payment processing, or financial transactions is required.
Experience processing customer transactions is preferred.
Experience in shared services, business process outsourcing, or the service sector is an advantage.
Comfortable working rotating shifts and following operational requirements.
