Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and support meetings involving directors and the Production Department.
- Take accurate meeting notes and prepare minutes in English.
- Provide Japanese-Indonesian interpretation during meetings, factory visits, events, and other business activities.
- Translate documents between Japanese, Indonesian, and English as required.
- Accompany and support the Factory Director during on-site activities involving production processes, quality, maintenance, purchasing, and warehouse operations.
- Support International Organization for Standardization audits and prepare the required documentation.
- Coordinate visits and activities for Japanese employees from headquarters.
- Arrange transportation and provide assistance to Japanese employees during company events.
- Deliver company announcements in Japanese and Indonesian.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations, telephone arrangements, and vehicle bookings.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Language: Japanese proficiency of at least JLPT N2.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an interpreter is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
