Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recruit local candidates who wish to work in Japan by assessing their suitability, qualifications, and preferences.
- Support candidates during online and in-person interviews.
- Provide pre-departure education about Japanese lifestyles, manners, workplace expectations, and laws.
- Assist with passport, visa, and other required administrative procedures.
- Coordinate candidates' travel arrangements with relevant parties in Japan.
- Accompany candidates to the airport when they depart for Japan.
- Provide post-arrival follow-up and emotional support to trainees.
- Assist candidates with workplace concerns, daily-life challenges, and interpersonal issues.
- Perform other duties related to recruitment and trainee support as required.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Senior High School graduate.
- Language: Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2.
- Experience: Recruitment experience.
- Experience supporting technical interns or workers preparing to work in Japan.
- Experience in training, education, or candidate counseling.
- Experience working with Japanese companies or clients.
- Driver Licence: Not required.
