Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining smooth and efficient workflows.
Monitor key performance indicators and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Assist with budget control, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations.
Lead and support the operations team to maintain high performance and service quality.
Identify operational issues and risks, and coordinate effective solutions.
Act on behalf of the Operations Manager when required.

Education: Minimum Diploma degree in any major.
Language: Communicative-level English proficiency and business-level Japanese proficiency with a minimum of JLPT N1 certification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, or service industry.
Experience in team leadership and process management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools.
Willing to relocate to Medan.
